Each ingredient is carefully evaluated using recognized quality and safety databases and assessed for its suitability within our manufacturing processes. We ensure that all ingredients are handled and incorporated safely throughout production.

All finished products are rigorously tested for quality and safety in our in-house microbiological laboratory, equipped with a controlled-environment HVAC system and a Standard LFC-03 Model Cabin. Each formulation is examined across 12 to 14 critical parameters using agar and media certified by internationally recognized standard organizations.

Our advanced packaging facility features state-of-the-art machinery, including Ultrasonic Semi-Automatic Tube Filling and Sealing Machines, Pneumatic Filling Machines, Inkjet Printers, Round Bottle Labeling Machines, Thermal Shrink Packaging Machines, and other high-performance equipment. This allows precise, hygienic, and efficient filling and packaging of a wide range of tubes, bottles, and jars while consistently meeting strict quality standards.

Additionally, our skilled quality control specialists meticulously inspect every raw material, bulk formulation, and finished product using modern analytical techniques and advanced instrumentation to ensure superior safety, reliability, and performance.
