Shipping policy

Where we deliver. We deliver across Pakistan. Orders are paid by cash on delivery (COD), so you pay the rider when your parcel arrives.

Delivery charges. Delivery is Rs 220 per order. Orders of Rs 2,500 or more get free delivery. The delivery charge, if any, is shown at checkout before you place your order.

Processing time. Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after you place them. During sales and busy periods this can take a little longer.

Delivery time. Most orders arrive in 3–5 business days after dispatch. Remote areas can take longer.

Order confirmation. Because we ship on cash on delivery, we may call or message you on WhatsApp or phone to confirm your order and address before dispatch. Please keep your phone reachable. Orders we cannot confirm may be cancelled.

Tracking. Once your order ships, we send you the tracking details by WhatsApp, SMS or email.

Correct address. Please enter your full address and a working mobile number. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address or phone number.

Refused or unreachable parcels. If a parcel is refused, or the rider cannot reach you after repeated attempts, it is returned to us. We may ask you to pay the delivery charge before we send it again.

Delays. Weather, strikes, public holidays and courier delays can slow delivery. We will help you track the parcel if it is late.
